Darkconians!
You may have noticed that the HMG staff have been a bit, well, dark on the forums of late. This is not because the owners have journeyed to the center of the earth, nor because they have flown into the eye of the sun. (At least if they have, they didn’t invite a lowly Clark to accompany them.) They have been rather silent, because exciting things have been happening in realms beyond Dark Confrontation.
At this time, they would like me to broadcast an abundance of happy news.
We would like to announce the marriage of JT, our favorite Art Director/Mad Oppenheimer, to the lovely and talented Paula Peirce, sometime game stage manager and long-time staffer. We are also excited to say that a wee Oppenheimer will join the DarkCon family this year, ensuring dark mischief for years to come.
In the time honored tradition of good theater, where more is always merrier, a second wedding is in the offing, as CEO and sometime justicar Joseph Cotton will marry the irreplaceable and ever charming Jen Parsons on July 4th of this year to the accompaniment of festive explosions and probably no sea monsters whatsoever.
Preparation of antics have kept us all rather busy for the last few months, but the HMG staff and the society of Clarks do assure you that the wheels are churning and the beakers bubbling on this year’s Dragon*Con scenario.
